Omadi Driver App: How to Complete a PPI Job



Accept Dispatch


PPI jobs can be created and dispatched from the Omadi website using the PPI job type.
Note: This is different from PPI Classic.

The driver will then get a notification that they have been dispatched to a new job. To accept the dispatch, tap the job in My Jobs then select Accept at the bottom of the screen.



Create


To create a new PPI, tap the + icon in the upper-right corner from the My Jobs or Available page. The driver will then be prompted to select a job type. Tap PPI.


The Driver will then see the following cards:

  • Location

  • Violations

  • Vehicle

  • Photos

  • Notes

  • PD Report

  • Authorization


Tap on each card to enter data for the new PPI.


Complete Dispatched PPI


If the PPI job was dispatched, you will see the following on the bottom of your screen:

  • Accepted

  • En Route

  • Loading

  • Towing

  • Unloaded

  • Complete


There is a slider just above this that allows you to advance the tow status as the job nears completion. Completing the job is as simple as advancing the slider to where it says ‘Complete’


Complete PPI Created In-App


If the PPI was created in the Omadi Driver app, select ‘Mark as Impounded’ to complete the job. This will save the job and remove it from the driver’s device.
