Locate & Tag Status
To locate existing Tags, tap the “Available” button at the top of the home screen. You have three different view options to browse your tags:
List View
Map View
Satellite
Each of these views show all the tags available for the property (or all properties) selected in the Property Menu. Below the Property Menu you see Preview Tag Pins that represent a total of all the Tags (grouped by tag status) for the property selected. These pins also act as filters. If you tap on a pin it filters all the tags shown. This works in List, Map and Satellite views. You can switch between views by tapping the view name. The current selected view will be indicated by a line underneath it.
List View shows “Tag Cards” in a vertical list. A Tag Card gives you a quick preview of the Tag which includes:
A photo of the vehicle
Vehicle Information
Licence Plate
Vehicle Location (if available)
Violation
Tag status indicator pin
If you tap a Tag Card it will bring you to that tag’s detail page.
Map View and Satellite View show “Tag Pins” on the map. When “All Properties” is selected, one Tag Pin per property is shown. The number on the Property Tag Pin represents the total number of expired tags on the property. In the case where you have selected a specific property, the pins will only have numbers on them if there is more than one tag located at the exact same location.
If you tap on a Tag Pin it will show you the associated Tag Card. Tapping again on the pin or on the card will bring you to the Tag Details screen.
Convert to PPI or Boot
To convert a Tag to a tow (PPI) or Boot, go into the Tag details screen and tap on the ellipses. From the list, select “Copy to PPI” or “Copy to Boot”. Your tag will be copied to the new form and you can proceed to complete your job.
