Accepting & Completing a Job on Omadi Mobile
Accepting a Job
When a driver is dispatched a job, it will appear in the My Jobs list, accompanied by a notification sound. (Omadi can also send drivers text alerts when they receive dispatches.)
Tap the job to open it. Once you've opened the job, a blue Accept button will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the blue Accept button to accept the job.
Completing a Job
Once a job has been accepted, updating the job statuses is easy.
The job statuses will appear at the bottom of the app screen. Move the icon from the left to the right in order to update the job statuses.
Be sure to move the icon all the way to Done in order to complete the job.
At some points, the driver is required to enter information in order to update a job's status. For example, a driver may have to take photos of the vehicle in order to mark a job as Done.
How to Save Changes
Changes made to jobs in the Omadi Mobile app are saved automatically, unless otherwise specified.
