Time Rules in Violations Not Saving

If you are having issues with your Time Rules saving, it could be that the times you're entering cross midnight. In order for Time Rules to be accepted by the software in the violations section of the property, you cannot have the time cross over midnight. For example, you cannot have the time rules go from 11 PM-6 AM. You must have it set up as the image shows below and it will save for you:
