To get started usingOmadi Driver, go to the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android) and download the app to your phone or tablet.
In order to use all the features of the app, make sure to give Driver permissions to:
Your Location
Android: Allow
iOS: “While Using the App” or “Always”
Your Camera and Photos
Notifications
Logging In
Once you have downloaded and launched the app, type in your username, password, and instance (the URL you use to log in to Omadi, such as example.omadi.com), then tap the blue Log In button.

Choose a Truck
After logging in, you will be prompted to choose a truck. Choose a truck from the list. Notice that you can also search for a specific truck.
Navigating the Home Screen
My Jobs
The main app screen is called My Jobs. All jobs assigned to you will appear on this screen.
You can refresh your jobs list by tapping the Refresh button in the top, right corner. You can use Refresh at any time you have a data connection (cellular or wi-fi) to make sure the information on your phone and the server are in sync.
Tapping the Menu button (three white lines) in the top, left corner of the screen provides access to additional functionality that will be covered later.
Job Cards
When a dispatcher assigns a job to you, it will appear on the My Jobs page. On the My Jobs screen, job cards display:
Job type icon, including the vehicle’s class or drivetrain type (depending on the type of job)
Job Name
Vehicle Color, Make and Model
Call Customer button
Route button - tapping this will show the route between the job’s start and pickup locations on the map below the job card
Tap anywhere on the job card itself to see the job details.
Map
Below your job cards (if you have any), you will see a map. By default, the map centers on your current location. Use the Map and Satellite options to select the view you prefer.
