Drop Fee


For private property tows, users can update tickets to be drop fees. To change a PPI job to a drop fee, make sure you have saved the ticket At Scene. From the Jobs tab (headset icon), click on the job again to bring up a list of options. From there, click on Change to Drop Fee. This will convert the PPI ticket to a Drop Fee ticket. The user will fill out the remaining required information on the ticket, then tap the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner to save. The previous PPI ticket will be replaced with the new Drop Fee ticket.
