Dashboard Customization

Dispatch Live Status


Purpose: to customize what and how information is displayed on the Dispatch Live Status


To access settings:
  1. Go to the Dispatch Live Status page.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click Settings (beside the Refresh button).

  3. This will open a window that contains the following tabs:

    1. Column Properties

    2. Job Card Config


In the Column Properties tab, users can customize the layout of the Dispatch Live Status table.

  • The Field List displays the list of items you can add to the Dispatch Live Status table.

  • Column Order and Labels is where the user “designs” the Dispatch Live Status table with the options from the Field List.

  • Sample Details displays how an open job card will look, based on the changes made to Column Order and Labels.

  • Sample Table displays how the Dispatch Live Status table will look, based on the changes made to Column Order and Labels.


In the Job Card Config tab, users can customize the layout of job cards on the Dispatch Dashboard.

  • The Token List displays the list of items you can add to the job card.

  • Job Card Layout is where the user “designs” the job card with the options from the Token List.

  • The Sample Job Card displays how a job card will look, based on the changes made to the Job Card Layout.



To save your changes, click the blue Save button at the bottom right of the window.  At any time, you can cancel your changes by clicking Cancel.  Clicking Reset will reset any changes to the default settings.



Dispatch Dashboard
