Violations List Empty

When creating Violation Rules for a property, the Description box should not have any special characters.  
  1. Go to the black navigation bar > Customers > Property > List > (edit selected Property) > Violation Rules region (bottom right) > Description box
  2. Remove special characters (periods, commas, dollar signs, etc.).
  3. Save
