Accepting Digital Dispatches from the Omadi Towing App

If you are planning to accept Digital Dispatches from the app, make sure you are logged in to the app on your phone or tablet. 

1. The phone will beep when a Digital Dispatch comes in.
   
2. Navigate to the Dispatch screen by clicking on the headset icon at the top of the page.
   
3. In the All Jobs Tab, the new job will appear under Pending.
   
4. Tap the arrow next to the job. 
   
5. Tap Respond. 

1. Choose to either accept or reject the call, and then select an ETA.
   
2. Then you can dispatch the call normally to a driver.
